As the Coronavirus situation develops, all of our lives have been and will continue to be affected by this truly unprecedented global event. In this time of crisis, we know our role is to not only help you continue to operate, but also to help you adapt to your changing reality.
I’m reaching out with an update from the LandAirSea team to reassure you that we are working tirelessly to keep our employee’s safe while at the same time continuing to serve you. Following the recommendations of government and public health officials, we have restricted travel and transitioned to remote work for our office staff including customer service/technical support so that they can work safely from their homes and continue to support you without disruption.
Critical operations staff will continue working onsite (using social distancing) to assure you that our inventory levels are stable and sufficient to meet any supply demands that our customers may have. Because we design, engineer and assemble our own products in the U.S.A., we are not reliant on materials from overseas to fulfill your orders.
Businesses all over the world will have to evolve to accommodate this fluid situation. We have already seen some industries grind to a halt. Most of you are now under the constraints of staying at home, while needing to keep track of your assets. We understand that budgets, timelines, and projects will be revised as your future strategy changes and we want to reassure you that we will continue to support each of you as your telematic needs change.
