I am not good with electronic gadgets at all so somewhat hesitant about getting tracker. Could not have been easier. The original tracker stopped working and was replaced under warranty.no problem. Calling help desk is easy with English speaking employees. This little trackers magnet is powerful.I just hide it outside of vehicle on frame.stays on hot or freezing weather Frame and it stays on in any weather.easy to plug in and recharge. It has proven many times about a lying husband….thanks very much
