I have had my unit going over 2 years now only 1 tracking Issue and was resolved promptly in 1 call to Customer service. I have my unit tracking my car just in case but the first year I had it on a car I bought and loaned it to my brother so he could work, and was able to see that he was using it to go to other places (Drink and Party) so was able to recover the unit and save my self a Headache. Love it so far and renewal cheaper than many other.
