When I first purchased the LAS Model 54 I was overjoyed with the ease of use and the quality of the design. I love the fact that the device has a built in magnet. I used it for about a little less than two months and then it stopped working. I contacted support in an effort to get help and I was given instructions to perform a soft reset. I am in the process right now trying to get it back working. I hope I can get it to work or else I’ll be very disappointed I’m definitely not interested in spending money on a new unit when this one lasted less than 2 months.
