Activate a Device

Activating your device is quick and easy.


To deactivate a device, simply follow the steps shown here.
  1. Login to your account either at or via the LandAirSea SilverCloud APP on your smartphone.
  2. On the APP, click on Resources at the bottom right corner and then click on Account Management. After entering your Password or Pin you can Change Password, Cancel Service or Delete your account.
  3. On the website, once you are logged in, click on the Silver Cloud icon at the top left of the screen and click Advanced Options, and then select Manage Devices. Now you can select Deactivate or Change Plan.

If you have forgotten your account login information please contact 847-462-8100 (for Support) between the hours of 7:00 AM CT and 7:00 PM CT, Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).

*The billing/operational cycle may vary from individual accounts. If this cancellation is not received prior to the next scheduled billing date, the cost for the entire upcoming month will be due. There is no cancellation for Prepaid Plans or credits for partial months’ billing.
