Refund policy

Products purchased directly from LandAirSea.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, you must complete our Return Center form.

Once the form is submitted, LandAirSea will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Please do not send a product back without first completing the Return Center form.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from LandAirSea.com. Products purchased from Amazon, Walmart, another retailer, reseller, or marketplace must be returned through the original place of purchase.

Returned products will be refunded at the same price originally paid. If the product was purchased at a discounted or promotional price, the refund will be based on that purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

LandAirSea reserves the right to deny a refund if the product is not returned, the returned serial number does not match the original purchase, or the product has been intentionally damaged, modified, or materially altered. Returned products must include any accessories, cables, mounts, or other items that were originally included, when applicable. Products should be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping. 

Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.

If you received the wrong product, your order arrived damaged, or you believe the product is defective, submit a request through the Return Center and our team will provide the appropriate next steps. This Return & Refund Policy applies to physical product purchases only. Returning a GPS tracking device does not automatically cancel an associated LandAirSea data plan or subscription. Subscription cancellations and questions regarding service charges are handled separately under LandAirSea’s applicable billing and cancellation terms. Customers should make sure any unwanted tracking service is canceled separately.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
